While we will always try to accommodate your requests, amendments cannot always be made if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
c. Non-refundable Items
Personalised arrangements or products prepared to your specifications may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once preparation has commenced.

We endeavour to deliver at your requested time, but this cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas.
b. Failed Deliveries
If no one is available at the delivery address, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place, with a neighbour, or return them to our shop for re-delivery (additional charges may apply). We will contact you to arrange an alternative solution where possible. Florist Earls Court cannot be responsible for non-delivery where insufficient or incorrect delivery information has been provided.
c. Quality of Flowers
All flowers are prepared fresh for each order. Should a particular flower or item be unavailable due to seasonal or supply constraints, we reserve the right to substitute parts of the bouquet with items of equal or greater value and similar style without notifying you first, ensuring timely delivery and overall likeness to the original arrangement.
a. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products
If your flowers arrive in a damaged condition or fail to meet reasonable expectations, please contact Florist Earls Court within 24 hours of delivery with details and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We will assess your claim and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the nature of the problem.
b. Perishable Goods
Please note that flowers are perishable and their life span can be influenced by environmental factors beyond our control once delivered. Care instructions are provided and it is your responsibility to follow these guidelines to maximise the freshness and longevity of your arrangement.
a. Our Liability
Florist Earls Court shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any order placed by you, even if Florist Earls Court has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence.
